Ok....so to clear some air on how the mybb forum reputation system works, I'm going to try to write as detailed of a post as possible.

here goes......

currently we have the reputation set up to give either +1 or +2 positive reputation and -1 or -2 negative reputation. this is the default settings in mybb for the reputation system.

the mybb system will automatically give +1 reputation when this criteria is met (1 point for meeting each criteria):

1- a registered member for 182 calendar days (we did 365/2 which is 182.50, but you can't do half days)

2- having over 300 posts

3- being online for a total of 31 days

that takes care of the default mybb reputation system.

you can manually add to someone's reputation by clicking 'rate me' in the postbit when someone makes a post:


you can also do this by going into a user's user cp and clicking details next to their reputation number and clicking 'rate user':

This helps, there are some issues right now, though.
