Gotta say my favorite pistol is sig. But that's only because it's what I carry. And like my signature line says, I fucking love my sig! But I do have to give some credit to glocks they're just reliable as hell. My friend that got me into pistols has a G17 and we've thrown it in mud puddles ran it over (in the grass) and done all kinds of dumb shit to it and it still works. And I suppose I should mention colt 1911's. My father has a govt model he got back when he was my age and it is absoultely the most beautiful gun I've ever seen. I'll ask him to get it out of the safe so I can take some pictures of it and post them so we can all behold the glory of it.
