Every section needs a command structure - nothing official or military like just for organizational purposes.
As an edit to this I think we should have member profiles stating specific things they're good at, a few simple searches in a member profile forum would provide quick answers to things we may be looking for.
For instance mine says computer/comm specialist but from that you wouldn't know that I can build AR's, or that I know the XD pistol, or am familiar with shooting 1-2-300 yards with iron sights etc. Everyone has stuff they excel at beyond what's listed there.
Edstephan is knowledgable in many areas beyond sniping as another example.

Training in: Hapkido, Muay Thai, Kali/Escrima, and Brazilian JiuJitsu. It's the most fun I've ever had getting beat up.
