I could see ONE rally point in Sector 2. Or 5. I can't imagine ONE rally point in Allegheny Co., though!
That, and initially, it will be each man & his neighbor(s) for themselves. I don't doubt that the patriots will gain the upper hand within a few months. Once a FINAL push for the Potomac swamps is "ON," then rally points will arise along the way. In fact, for someone coming from northern OH, MI, WI, MN, and ND, YOUR Place might be a rally point for them, in that final push.
