Yes - I have those radios. They're missing a decimal point. They're ".32 mile" radios...

I also have the extended range antennas. IIRC the extra antennas were less than $10 each.
Those were the very kind of radio my posted fleabay auction referenced. We used 'em out at Wellsville four-wheeling a few weeks ago - the club used them at Doe Valley near Johnstown a few weeks before that. They worked perfectly, came through loud & clear, and worked at least 5 miles apart, over varying terrains. Although I'm here IN the urban cessmaze, I haven't tried 'em here. I suspect they will carry THROUGH buildings and such with relative ease. Thing is, if the zombie outbreak is in full swing, the urban cessmaze is the LAST place you'll want to be!!!
